3. Medical Disclaimer
Grounding products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Our grounding sheet creates a conductive connection between your body and the ground port of your outlet. We guarantee that the product provides this connection when correctly set up and used. We make no claim or guarantee about how any individual will respond to grounding, or that grounding will produce any particular health outcome. Research on grounding is ongoing and results are still being studied. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Consult your doctor before use if you:
- Take any prescribed medication, particularly blood thinners or medication for blood pressure or blood sugar.
- Have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker or defibrillator.
- Are pregnant.
- Have an open wound, a skin condition, or an ongoing medical condition.
Grounding products are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using specifications provided by our supplier. Product photography is representative. Screen colors vary, and there may be slight variation in fabric shade between production runs. Specifications, prices, and availability may change without notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout.
- We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is taken when your order is placed.
- We do not store your full card details on our servers.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so. Promotional prices are available for the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or description error, if we cannot obtain payment authorization, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if the delivery address is outside the United States.
7. Shipping
We ship to the 50 U.S. states only. Full details, including processing and delivery times, are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, so please make sure your address is entered correctly.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@groundingsheet.co with your order number. After 1 hour, your order enters processing with our fulfilment partner and can no longer be cancelled.
Because every order is prepared and shipped individually, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or a refund.

9. Product Use and Safety
Our grounding sheet connects to the ground port of a standard U.S. three-prong outlet. It does not carry electrical current to the sheet.
- Confirm your outlet is properly grounded before use. If you are unsure, have it checked by a qualified electrician.
- Do not modify the sheet or the grounding cord.
- Do not use a damaged sheet or cord.
- Follow the care instructions provided.
- Keep the cord away from walkways where it could cause a trip hazard.
- Disconnect the cord from the outlet during thunderstorms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, place fraudulent orders, or scrape and republish site content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
